Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
- To request a cancellation, email us at support@blithewear.com with your order details.
Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Items once purchased can be returned only if : there is a manufacturing defect or a wrong item is dispatched. To process the replacement of any order we would need a complete unedited opening video of the item.
- Process: To initiate a return, email us at support@blithewear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
